Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a 210 gyuto (also santoku 200mm) which can hold an edge as my V2 Yoshikane.
For a week I'll be in US and then back to Europe. So I'm intrested in the US market, shipping to Pennsylvania.

Hide blue
Gesshin Kagekiyo 210mm Blue #1
Kato workhorse

I'm open also to other japanese knifemaker.
For now not intrested in Shigefusa or Heiji.

I have Kato's gyuto want to sell ,but it's 195mm.If you are interested?
