Up for sale is this brand new Large Takeda Cleaver with custom wa handle by Stefan Keller. Includes original box from Takeda. Measures 230mm on edge and about 112mm at its tallest. Weighs 385g. Originally bought this to have a high end cleaver to use once I got better at using my cheaper Tojiro. But I just don't use a cleaver very much and I have been thinning down my collection some so this beauty is available for sale. Asking $600, including shipping CONUS and PP fees. Basically getting the custom handle with installation for free.

I almost bought that handle way back in the day; looks great on this cleaver.

Thanks, I am biased but I agree this handle looks great with this blade. Also feels great in hand. This cleaver is really light and thin for size at 385g. Great pickup for the right person!
 
Nice cleaver, I haven't gotten bitten by that particular blade style bug yet. Perhaps one day

That handle is totally awesome! That design has gotta be extremely rare due to the work involved. I'd be interested but spent way too much money recently. GLWS!
