Hi all, just a home cook with a wive, doing some geo-studies, and I love food; and prepping food; and cutting vegetables; and meat. Absolutely love meat. And putting it all down my belly.

For me too... Actually, not strictly 'invaluable', since I could count up the dosh I've spent on seven knives and five stones since starting to read this forum!
