This is a new wood for me.
It came as a gift from a guy who does yacht interiors.
It is Karelian birch.
I can't get a decent photo though. So I will probably save it for the next knife show in October. Then I will be able to see if anyone likes it. If it is a winner I will have to see if I can find more. Right now this is all I have.
