On forums I'm Motherlode.
In the kitchen I have a set of what is now "Vintage" Chicago Cutlery. I bought them in 1989, and they are still going strong. I have another paring knife I've found in the dirt. The Chicagos are what I reach for.
Outside of the kitchen, we have a number of other knives...straight, folders, long, short.... It would take a while to list all of those! :eek2:
