Bump, crazy sell in the last week I think I never saw so many good knives all at once. So still looking for a Kato 210 cm gyuto and a santoku.
If someone wants to have some extra cash for the holiday I can help with it buying your Kato! 😊
 
I thought it was the blue steel 300mm yanagiba that had been there for so long. I believe the 270mm is a relatively newer listing.
 
There's one on rakuten.jp for a crazy good price compared to the market

Bump once again 😊I am still looking for a 210 mm gyuto, 270 mm gyuto, a parer and a santoku. All from the kasumi line. Very used or chipped are not a problem as long they are fixable. Cheers Matteo 😀
 
Maksim just came back from Japan. He will put some Katos up later. Keep your eyes open.
