Hi
This is my first post. I been collecting J knives for around 18 months now and my knife collection is mainly there for the time being. However now I am really enjoying the sharpening process and appear to be making steady progress (a big thank you to Jon and others for their videos) albeit I completely know that I am only at the start of a very long and enjoyable journey.
This has got me thinking and I am really interested to find out what was your lightbulb moment/s which helped you become a more proficient sharpener?
