having a lady house-sit and feed my wife's needy cat. wife is in Asia, and i am going deer hunting. so there is a period where we are both gone.
i fed this lady. she is a pro-cook at a high end spa/restaurant here in wine country. ( she makes jack squat for a paycheck.) i get nervous cooking for her..hahaha..
i made a slow braised RAGU. i needed to freeze a bunch for my camp food anyways. i started the cooking yesterday.
one: her knife skills are insane. my gyoto in her hands was like a light saber. i did put her to work.
two: she drank me under the table folks. sorry for my hazy ramblings.
