something fun .... in fact i am sooooo happy :D

a "small" cleaver , sanmai ( 145Sc and soft steel, water quenched) 190x70mm.

The handle and saya look amazing, but the profile dosent look flat enough for my taste in nakiris.
 
Beautiful! Thought the exact same thing about the blade as you Kingkor.
 
Bryan is the edge of the blade flat? By the photos it looks like there is a bit of a curve to it.
 
no he's not flat.
I wanted to make a knife between nakiri & chuka .
less high than a chuka ( 70mm ) and not flat as a nakiri .
