Found this at a place in Scottsdale that I really enjoy (Pig & Pickle) - they are all thinks pork & pickling ... very deep!

Figured he would want to know that he is safe and sound albeit a bit thinner in the middle

It was actually a ross perot flag. Strange, right?

We're enjoying the city a lot. Josh has been a big help but us being in such close proximity to each other (we're talking a few blocks) can't be good for our health nor the overall well being of this town. The first two weeks here I ate some much BBQ at Salvage that at one point I believe I was sweating our brisket juices.
