For sale is a cck pigsticker in a nice condition. The cutting edge is 270-280 mm. I used this knife couple times in pro sushi-bar just like a western/double bevel deba to butcher fish and i really like this knife a lot. The curve on the blade also help a lot to fillet the fish. i sell this knife for $50. Paypal only....
