Korin is having its holiday sale. Which Suisin yanagi would you recommend, 270mm. At first I was looking at white steel and the different selections, but am confused as to price and quality differences. The Aya, Saika, and Shiro-ko are all white steel made by Itsuo Doi Now I'm also considering the Inox honyaki. Thanks in advance
