    Akatsuki is great if not a bargain. I mean, people pay much more for things like mizuno hontanren blue2.

    Blue is better what is this obsession with shirogami, there is only so many knives you can have in the same steel, live a little. I kid, I kid, but really try it you might like it.

    It does sharpen pretty nice.
