Hello everyone. Just joined here. I've been working with and honing straight razors for a couple of years now and have recently been developing my knife sharpening skills. Currently, my kitchen knives consist of mostly Shun Classic knives but I'm looking to start upgrading into higher quality Japanese knives. I'm anxious to see what kind of input you guys can give. Looking forward to learning and sharing.

Thanks guys! Looks like I found another rabbit hole. Between straight razors, jnats and now knives I'll probably be in divorce court by the end of the year. :lol2:
