Hi,

my way better half aka wife has given me the green light to splurge on a rare knife, if I can find something I like.

So putting out my feelers seeing what (if anything) is out there. Looking for Gyutos only, ideally 230-250ish.

For the kind of money these go for, I have to LOVE it, of course.

Would love to see what you got and might part with.
