Hello dear members of the forum.
I am into knives for many years but only now came across this wonderful forum.
Most of my knives are Japanese, but I also have few fillet knives that are western made of course.
My recent purchase is a Damskus coreless Nakiri, never had a Nakiri before and I like it a lot.

I have a Watanabe Gyto (10 years old)
Watanabe Damaskus utility knife (rope wrapped, 10 years old)
Nenox S1 utility
Suisin 270mm Yanagiba
Echizen 1310 chef knife
Echizen 1310 Nakiri
Wusthof Grand Prix2 7-inch fillet knife
Zwilling 7 inch Fillet knife.
Thinking of getting now a Watanabe 120mm nakiri.
