Hon Kasumi is listed as a maker of some of your knives. Assume this is someones rebrand. Can you provide any detail on who the maker is and what kind of quality level one can expect from the Deba offering?

Anyone else have experience with a knife from this line?

I am a owner of the lefty set from ee. I use my Deba everyday on the line and I have to recommend it highly. All three knives are great the handles on all three have held up incredibly well and I beating the hell out of these guys for 3 straight years. Far and away better than some notable makers I’ve fallen for. I stumbled on this thread hoping to find out additional information myself. Oh well great knives for sure. Cheers
