Wanted one for ages, given that I predominantly use my butchery knives and slicers at the moment.
Short and stiff or long and flexible, whatever you've got lying around that you don't use (I know there's some out there...), I will consider!

Im buying American custom made knives if you wanna free up some cash. (Assuming you have other customs or there production runs)
 
See about gettin on the list? They are booked out for a while but they work rather quick and very diligently. I'm having them make me a boning knife now.
 
Currently @ 43 months I believe, well worth the wait. The boning knife I owned from them was amazing.
