Hi all,

up for sale is my Kato 240 Workhorse Gyuto with Ho handle. I find it's really a great knife. Only reason I'm selling is because I have a few other 240 Workhorse Gyutos, it doesn't get much use.

Knife was purchased from JNS. I'm the first and only owner. The knife was used in a homecooking environment for a bit. Was sharpened a few times (2-3 times). But never on rough stones or anything, so doesn't need thinning. Handle is in great shape (better than new). No major flaws (no chips, the tip is in good shape etc.).

Knife comes freshly sharpened from my Okudo Suita.
I removed most of the patina for the sale.

The knife is in really good condition. The Pictures are from today.

Looking to get 650 USD including Shipping inside EU (worldwide + 20 USD) insured for 500 USD via DHL, extra insurance possible

Payment via Paypal only, excl. Paypal fee.

If you have any questions, please contact me via PM. :)

Regards, Iggy
