Hello,

I'm new around here, although I already have a couple of Japanese knives, Watanabe 210mm Gyuto & 150mm KU Petty, which I bought a couple of years ago.

I'd now like to add to my collection and start to sharpen my own knives, so I thought I'd sign up here!

Unfortunately my wife knows how much knives cost so I can't get too carried away.

I put some money into my knife fund every month, which she's fine with, it also means I have to be a bit more considered with my purchases, which probably a good thing!
