Hi,

I'm Cee Cee and I'm a home cook who currently lives in the Bay Area. I moved from London a few years ago. I mainly cook Italian dishes and I'm currently experimenting with Indian cuisine.

Been learning a lot from the forum so I decided to join! I'm still very much a newbie and I look forward from learning from all of you.

Hi,

I'm living around the Menlo Park area!

I just got a Ginga petty from a member here and I'm looking to get a gyuto soon! Aspiring for maybe a Takeda or Mizuno Tanrenjo. Been reading up a lot of reviews and finding it hard to decide. :)

Also getting a friend from HK to ship me a CCK cleaver to try out.
