    Thai Khao Men + Izumo Nagura

    Izumo nagura - 848g, 183x75x33. Rare, full-sized shiro nagura, with peppercorn spots that create a chocolately slurry. You won't see this again. $100 Shipped ( I paid 100 + Shipping! ) This is from Asteger http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/sh...ng-6-piece-set!

    The Izumo is SPF.

    I do believe it's in the mediumish grit range though!
