PayPal just updated their terms of service. I actually glanced over this, but didn't remember seeing anything about a fee increase for exchange of goods and services.
I just sold a knife to a member who is located outside the US (The knife is getting shipped to a US location, though). When I looked at the payment info I notice the fee was 4% instead of 3%. Is this because the PP account is not US-based?
I also did a quick search on Google and didn't see anything about the increase. Just curious if others have been charged higher than the standard 3%.
