Bought this knife while back, but I didn't use it at all. Cut vegetables for few ragù sauce and touch it up on a 5 k chosera.
Has a nice patina on it.
Tall blade with a nice even grind!
Steel it s v2 takefu if I am not wrong.

Asking 160 usd shipped in Europe.
Out sider I will share shipping cost with.

Photos coming up in the next hours.

Will kindly back up BS for 2nds Matteo.

Nice price! Not to many Itinimonn Kurouchis around that I have seen. I have one that I need to start using more. Quick sale congrats!

I just wanted to say that these are actually quite rare, but apparently very good cutters.

Perhaps a useful visual comparison of itonomonn kurouchi, Kasumi and Western.

I think the kurouchi is the thinnest for great performance, with least convexity but the kurouchi helps with some food release. Just my thoughts, I only have the Kasumi which is awesome.

I've been after this knife for a while. The original nashiji finish ones

Yes, this is how I remember them from JNS webpage. Tall, with lots of belly, nice kurouchi and very thin behind the edge :)
