I've never seen that guy before but he does have that Fu Manchu mustache and pony tail going on. Someone here probably knows about it.
 
Bourgade from Thiers, but then it should read "Bourgade" in the man's queue and not France. Counterfeit or made for export?

Hhm... Very interesting. Do you know of any knives for export marked like this, or counterfeits? I think without evidence this is real, there would be no reason to consider buying it.
