    HHH Knives Damascus gyuto

    This one is a mosaic damascus 230mm blade with rosewood saya and handle, copper hardware mosaic pin and custom saya pin with matching handle wood.

    Thanks guys. This one is a custom order.
    The steel is a one off pattern. Although its similar to other patterns we make. Its not the same. Was going for a cross look. and no background. Jr nailed it for the most part!!

    The woods and blade were a pleasure to work with. Steel is High Carbon HRC 61 Handle and saya are both rosewood with visible sapwood. The retainer pin is a 3/16" mosaic pin with rosewood. I spun it on my drill press using small chisels and sand paper I was able to sorta turn the drill press into a lathe.. Was first time I had tried it and Its so much better then doing it by hand/eye with belt sander..

    Good food is essential, where knives are an integral part of the process.
