I've been culling the herd and found a few more knives that I wouldn't mind parting with. All of these knives are in excellent to like new condition, have only been used minimally, and actually still have a sharp factory edge. More of a catch-and-release sort of thing than anything else. Hattori FH (aka "KF") 210mm Gyuto $185 Ebony handle. Excellent condition with the only "flaws" being some very light streaks in the sides from being inserted into a saya that are hard to photograph due to the overall high luster of the steel.
Wusthof Le Cordon Bleu 9" Chef's Knife $70 Like new except I removed the little red sticker from the handle that some people leave on for whatever reason.
F. Dick 1905 8" Chef's Knife $60 Like new.
