They look good James.

Are they wide bevel or is it a trick of the light? What's the grind like (flat, convex or slightly concave)?

It's the lights, I am adjusting my studio lights recently. They are typical sukenari grind.

Any more info on these? I am looking for a good 210 stainless knife for family members to use but that I will also like. Preferably not too light, around 6 oz or 170 grams.

For reference, I have one of your Tanaka ginsans in 240. Nashiji.

How does this one compares to Tanaka Ginsanko?
