Hi All,
First of all, thank you for having me. After getting divorced (and losing my knives in the process) I have started rebuilding my collection. I started out with a couple of Shuns, a couple of Miyabi and recently I've bought a couple of non mass produced knives. I am officially addicted and look forward to learning from the more experienced and knowledgeable on here. Thank you again.
