I want to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. I am a 20 y.o. guy that got into the world of blades and Kitchen knives from not so long (less than a year) and since I got interested and I like to look and plan which other knives and stones to buy in the future. For now I own a Tojiro F-701a WhiteSteel Shirogami (hardness should be around 61HRC) and I am waiting to receive the sharpening stone I just bought: the Suehiro Cerax #700. That`s pretty all, I just wanted to make congratulations to the people who brought on the idea of this forum because it`s the best one you can find for this matter and there are many experienced users which will help anyone who still hasn`t got proper experience.
