I have a little experiment I've been wanting to run on my cutting boards but I need someone to build me a device that will repetitively 'chop' with consistent speed and force. Ability to adjust speed and force would be helpful. If anyone is interested, I'll make them a neat custom butcher block by way of bartering. Email or call me if you want to discuss.
