no offense I thought you were selling them. Was wondering if you got called away or something. Got a little confused

Is this the one you were thinking about having made in an earlier post?

Yeah, I thought the same thing at first. When using the "what's new" link I found this, then afterwards I realized he posted in the media center, not the BST.

Man that spine looks beastly. Not a lot of taper, but the grind looks promising. How do you like it? Now that you included the maker's name I remember you posting about him before.

Indeed, the grind is very interesting. At the first glance I was a bit sceptic, about knife capabilities. But it performs extremely well, similar to Sakai Yusuke or Susin Inox Honyaki. Due to the urasuki grind, knife will tend twist left when cutting dense products.

Where can we order Ichimonji knives in the US or Canada?

Thanks for sharing. It's helpful to see video, it would be nice if every website selling knifes had a little 30second clip like these showing the knives from different angles.
Why camera where you using? Did the camera/lens have the image stabilization build in or did you smooth it out in editing? It's not easy to get hand-held video to look that smooth / even in motion. Nice work!
