I'm going to Japan soon, so I'm gonna have to let go of this folded-steel masterpiece.
The steel is White #2, the length is 300mm (heel to tip it is 302mm) the heel height is 39mm.
The handle is made from Ebony with a nickle silver bolster and pins.
It comes with a VERY strange leather saya, (sorry I wish it came with something matching the ebony handle)
Asking $1700

great coloration on the steel

funky leather saya

highly visible carbide banding/hada/skin in the steel
IMG_0519.jpg

dead straight, which is rare for a knife that is both this long, this thin AND honyaki

Classic Ashi choil shot, laser thin at the edge with a consistent smooth convex grind running up to the spine

sorry this one is out of focus, but you can get a sense of the edge profile
Paypal fee and shipping from NYC are in addition to the price, thank you
