I'm not familiar with Watanabe's hardness scale - how would "HS38" translate in a 1-10 or 1-5 scale?

Edit: I just took a look at Watanabe's Ikarashi page and most of the stones are rated lower than HS38. I guess this is a harder Ikarashi?
