Haven't used them, but it's just a rebranded Kohetsu Hap40 with hammer finish. Cleancut used to sell these under CoSay brand and here's another version too.

There's been both Wa and Yo handle versions floting around. I've said this before a few times, but my Kohetsu Hap40 is by far the worst knife I've ever bought. Profile, geometry and F&F of the blade all suck BIG time. Though good edge retention and decent enough to sharpen.
