Typically, these kinds of knives are going to people who either use a pinch grip and don't care about knuckle clearance, or are working on a small line and the handle hangs off the edge of the board anyways! The super-short suji is kind of a niche knife for people in those situations.
I am not really a fan of super flat gyutos, but a flat 210 petty is absolutely perfect. That looks awesome and I think it fits in really well with the profile all his knives have now. Does it flex much Salty?
