Hey everybody, checking in here from the Appelgate Valley in Southern Oregon. I'm a serial hobbyist and long time foodie (runs in the fam) and have recently combined the two into the slippery slope that is knife making!
I've made a few blades, mostly bushcrafty/camp style previously but decided to take on making a chef and paring knife for my brother who is a chef/owner of several restaurants in Thailand.
Tons of great info I've already learned from this site and hope to continue!! Thanks to all - you're a tremendous resource and I plan on learning much more!
