first up is a 270mm mirror polished Itsuo Doi in Aogami 2
it comes with a Ho saya and Hinoki box as well as certification from DentoKogeishi
asking $725
It has never been used and still has the plastic film on the ebony handle
Next is a 210mm Kato Gyuto from JNS
This one is also brand new and unused
It has an exceptionally thin grind ( thinner than my other 2 Kato gyuto)
