How do the 165 Bunka and the 170 Santoku differ? There is no 180 gyuto, correct?

I can see the obvious difference in the shape of the tip.

The bunka seems to be taller, thicker and heavier. How do the curves of the edge differ?

I dont have any bunka in stock to do a side-by-side comparison but from memory it is very close to a regular santoku, I always thoguht it is just a good looking santoku.
