Still looking for Kono Honyaki gyuto 1000-1200 USD offered.
 
If it's a white steel honyaki, your talking +4 years wait time on new ones....
 
Depends- I've seen a few brand new honyaki (White steel, laser grind) by that maker hit the market here not long ago- within the past two months. Perhaps if you put in an order TODAY you'd be looking at waiting 4+ years, but there are a number of places that have orders in that could be coming up.
 
If anyone have the white steel version to let go i would be happy to take it as well. Shoot me a PM. Thanks
