I grew up in the heyday of Steely Dan and just saw Donald Fagan in concert last week. This sucks.

Tru dat. Dan fan for longer than i can remember.

It hits you in the heart when someone who provided the sound track for a period in your life passes away. Contemplating post nuclear dystopia as a youth, Steely Dan's King Of the World blew me away with it's lyrics, imagery and incredible guitar riffs.

I'm reading last year's papers, although I don't know why
