Here is that nakiri again and I still can't make out markings to find out who makes it. She has a great selection of knives and I enjoy the show just as much for the food as well as what knives she's using lol. And a few I'd love to know where they came from.

And seeing this pumpkin I can understand some of the warnings about useing the thin knives on them lol... almost
