240mm Itinomonn Nashiji Gyuto in V2
- hard to let this one go. Amazing workhorse. KU has been removed, Spine/Choil rounded. Well maintained. Comes with custom fit saya in African mahogany. Haven't seen too many of these around. Pretty sure Maxim at JNS only release one round of Nashiji finished Itinomonn gyutos.
