Hello everyone! I'm a young designer with a lot of passion for cooking. I've always been a big fan of knives but I've also always been an absolute noob. Recently I've decided that I'm going to buy my first Japanese knife and learn all I can in the process of buying, using and maintaining that knife, so here I am. [emoji4]
