Just a quick hello from Sunny Scotland (at least it was after this mornings rain, and before the sunset!).
I'll admit knifes aren't really my thing, although I do make plenty things from metal, but I'm after for some advice regarding a specific type of kitchen knife, which I'll ask in a more suitable forum.
