1. 240mm Gesshin Heiji Semi Stainless Kurouchi Wa-Gyuto
- Condition: Excellent. Used for one light dinner prep. Original edge and very keen still.
- Edge Length: 252mm
- Heel Height:49mm
- Spine Thickness (Heel): 4mm
- Weight: 225g

2. 250mm Watanabe Kasumi B2 Kiritsuke-tip Wa-Gyuto w/ Custom handle
- Condition: Very good. Would re-finish nicely. Great balance between handle and blade.
- Edge Length:256mm
- Heel Height: 46mm
- Spine Thickness (Heel): 4mm
- Weight: 250g

3. 240mm Sakai Kikumori Nihonkou Wa-Conversion Gyuto w/ Custom handle
- Condition: Very good. Used for a couple prep sessions at home. A monosteel carbon gyuto that is "laser"-thin. Tough steel that rolls the edge instead of chipping. Could use a fresh edge, I can sharpen it before shipping if buyer wants. Handle is on the smaller side and the blade is very lightweight and feels deft and maneuverable for a gyuto.

- Spine Thickness (Heel): 2mm
- Weight: 160g

4. 210mm Custom W2 Honyaki Bunka
- This was a custom order by the previous owner
- This knife has a mild bend about halfway down the blade and that is why it is cheap
- It is honyaki so difficult to repair. A project for someone with more skills, tools and knowledge than I. Or use it as a beater.
- Measures: 207mm edge/58mm heel height/3mm heel thickness
