    Sold - Masamoto KS 24 cm kiritsuke/gyuto

    Masamoto KS 24 cm kiritsuke/gyuto




    Lightly used in a home environment. Sharpened once on JKI diamond 1k and 6k. Saya included.

    This is from the first run of these knives, with a much flatter profile than the subsequent production as discussed in this thread: http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/sh...he-wrong-knife

    This knife is double-bevel san mai construction with a shirogami core clad in soft iron, like the KS single-bevel construction.

    $365 includes PayPal fees and insured shipping to a US address.
