Hi everyone. Ive been lurking for a little while and finally made an account. Im a pretty good home cook and am looking to slowly upgrade my kitchen knives from a Wusthof box set to a collection of Japanese knives.
Im actually on vacation in japan now and just picked up a Gyoto and nikiri from Aritsugu in Kyoto. I might take a day trip to Sakai from Osaka to get a Yanagiba.
