Suisin Inox Honyaki Gyuto 240mm

Hello together, I go on thinning my collection to make space for a lot of soon incoming custom orders...

For sell is one Suisin Inox Honyaki Gyuto 240mm.
I usually prefer heavier knives, so this one has seen less usage, is almost in new conditions.

I gave ihm an initial edge, followed by 4 touch ups (Kitayama #8000 + Vintage Ohira Renge Suita).

The blade wears the original grind and has not been thinned, the knife comes with original saya.


For this wonderful (and useful) knife I’d like to get 395$/335€, Paypal fees on buyer, shipment worldwide on me!
