Rare Aoto HS41

FS is rare ('extremely rare' as per Shinichi) HS41 aoto. The stone is beautifully sealed with cashew lacquer and a very good working size - 37mm high, 63mm wide, 223mm long. The hardness gives it a finishing stone-like characteristic. The edge it provides is a great stopping point for double bevel knives - particularly stainless and it gives a very nice contrast on single bevel knives. I have used the stone with good results in a razor progression as well.
